PRINCIPLES AND SPIRIT
Pursuant to Section 3 from the Convention on the Rights of the Child: “…The States Parties commit themselves to ensure the child the necessary protection and care for his/her welfare, taking into account the rights and duties of his/her parents, tutors, or other people responsible for him/her before the law, and in view of that, they will take all the suitable legislative and administrative measures…” FOUNDCHILD conditions its operation and privileges – with no exception whatsoever – over every situation accompanying the child’s superior interest.
FOUNDCHILD acts with a confidentiality criterion.
FOUNDCHILD is characterized by the seeking peacefully for the more fair, equitable and quick solutions for the children’s benefit and that of their families. We do not support counter-abduction.
FOUNDCHILD will join criteria, policies, laws, treaties, knowledge, religions and cultures in order to find solutions for the healthy and happy development of those children who have been abducted by either of their parents.
FOUNDCHILD believes that is a must obligation that none of the parties prevent the other to take part in the free and responsible exercise of parenthood, education, upbringing and care taking of the children.
FOUNDCHILD will work for the children to preserve their childhood, even those living under extreme circumstances or deprived from a great part of their reality, making the movement of their defenses and more positive energies become possible, thus making one of their basic rights come true.
